Community supports Civic Center Crab Feed fundraiser
The annual Crab Feed at the Civic Center on Feb. 21 sold out before six o’clock. Families and friends streamed in the doors starting at 4p.m. Saturday afternoon.


Longbranch woman turns 101 Arvilla Merchant holds the signed baseball that was part of a Seattle Mariners duffle bag filled with birthday gifts. Merchant turned 101 and celebrated with a party at her retirement home Feb. 4.
